TruckerBot is a subscription-based SaaS platform offering AI-powered tools for trucking business management — including expense tracking, load calculations, document management, scheduling, and fleet compliance. Services are delivered via cloud-based web and mobile applications.

Your use of truckerbot.app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the site and informs users of our data collection and protection practices. Please review it at truckerbot.app/privacy.

Visiting truckerbot.app or sending emails to Trucker App constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity. Trucker App reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at its sole discretion.

Trucker App does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may use truckerbot.app only with permission of a parent or guardian.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Cancellations within the first 14 days of your initial subscription are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations after 7 days stop future charges but no refund is issued for the current billing cycle
• Contact support@truckerbot.app for assistance with cancellations or billing

truckerbot.app may contain links to third-party websites not under the control of Trucker App. We are not responsible for the content of any linked site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. By using TruckerBot, you consent that we may share data with contracted third parties to deliver requested services.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use truckerbot.app in accordance with these Terms. All content — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Trucker App or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not use the Site in any manner that damages, disables, or impairs it.

The Service is controlled and operated from the USA. If you access the Service from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trucker App, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, any postings you make, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights or applicable laws.

Any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association, in a mutually agreed location.

Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted. Each party may bring claims against the other only in their individual capacity.

Information, software, products, and services on the Site are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Trucker App and its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the information and services for any purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Trucker App reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Illinois for all disputes arising from use of the Site.
